1.1 By accessing the 777p website, creating a user account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 777p platform and close your account if one has been created.

1.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777p in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

1.4 777p reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account.

2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on 777p. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.

2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.3 777p employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC for Pakistani nationals) to verify your age, identity, and residential address before any withdrawal is processed.

2.4 If 777p discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all deposits returned (minus any winnings generated during the period of underage use), and the matter referred to relevant authorities if required.

2.5 You must not access or use 777p from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. 777p accepts no liability for use in jurisdictions where such activity is unlawful.

3.1 Each user may register only one (1) account on 777p. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual for any purpose – including circumventing limits, exploiting bonuses, or evading prior account closures – is strictly prohibited.

3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information, including a false name, address, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

3.4 You agree to notify 777p immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 777p will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3.5 777p reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any point, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for high-value deposits or withdrawals.

5.1 777p may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms.

5.2 Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus funds may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another user or account. Each promotion is valid for one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

5.4 777p reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Bonus amounts already credited to an account at the time of cancellation will be honoured in accordance with the original promotion terms unless fraud or abuse is detected.

5.5 Any attempt to abuse bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account activity will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, as well as potential account closure.

6.1 All bets and wagers placed on 777p are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event, as displayed within the game interface or betting market. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing any bet.

6.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 777p system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where an early cash-out feature is explicitly available and exercised in accordance with its terms.

6.3 In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake in any odds or game outcome, 777p reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the user's wallet. 777p is not liable for any consequential loss arising from such errors.

6.4 Live betting markets are suspended and re-opened in accordance with real-time event data. 777p accepts no liability for bets placed on suspended markets due to user connection or device issues.

6.5 Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the betting interface or game rules. 777p reserves the right to limit stakes for individual users at its sole discretion.
